Victoria Cunningham

Victoria Cunningham serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Family Health Centers. Since joining the organization in July 2014 as an HR Coordinator, she has held several key roles, including HR Business Partner, HR Manager, and HR Director. In her current role, she oversees all aspects of human resources strategy and operations, supporting the organization’s mission and workforce.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Human Resources in 2011 and a Master of Public Administration in 2014, both from Florida Gulf Coast University. She also holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential, achieved in 2019.
