Application Process
Application Requirements
- US citizen or eligible to work in US
- Graduate of an ACPE-accredited Doctor of Pharmacy program or another advanced professional pharmacy degree
- Eligibility for Florida licensure. FL licensure is encouraged by July 1st.
- Provide 3 letters of recommendation, letter of intent, official college transcript, and curriculum vitae
- Must submit application via PhoRCAS by deadline
